Finding our new premises
We are located at Windmill Centre, Shop No. 2, 250 Barney Molokwane Street, Trichardt, 2300 — directly next to the Total Garage (relocated from 4 Bethal Road / White House). Free ground-floor parking is available right outside our entrance. Medical aid patients: please bring your medical aid membership card and South African ID.

Medical Aid & IdentificationAll Patients
- Bring your valid South African ID, passport, or birth certificate (for paediatric patients)
- Medical aid patients must bring their current medical aid membership card
- We accept EFT, debit/credit card, cash, medical aid, and in-house subscription plans
Chronic & Paediatric VisitsClinical History
- Bring your current chronic medication packets or latest prescription list
- For babies and young children, bring their Road-to-Health booklet if available
- Pensioners visiting on Wednesdays qualify for our R300 half-price consultation tariff
Occupational & Blood TestsScreenings & Medicals
- Bring spectacles if required for occupational Fitness-to-Work or PDP driver vision checks
- For fasting blood glucose or cholesterol tests, fast for 8–10 hours (plain water is fine)
